Arvind kejriwal Gets Bail

On Friday 13 September,2024 Supreme Court Granted Bail to Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal in corruption case.
Kejriwal was arrested on March 21 , 2024 by ED in Money Laundering Case.
Again on June 26,2024 Kejriwal was arrested by CBI while he was in ED's Custody.

Bail Condtitions for Kejriwal

Kejriwal was granted bail on the Bond of ₹10 Lakhs and two sureties.

Court ordered kejriwal not to make any public comments on merits of the case.

Court prohabited kejriwal not attend Office and not Sign any Office Documents.

Court has barred Kejriwal from interacting with case witnesses and have access to file related to the case.

kejriwal will have to be present for all the hearings before the trail court unless exempted.
